The Lembo is a family-run Apulian Olive Oil Company, which carries on the tradition and the hard work of the grandparents. Our company was born in San Paolo di Civitate in the province of Foggia, in the Upper Tavoliere of Apulia. We produce Extra High Quality Olive Oil of the highest quality.

The LeVi's EVO is produced from centuries-old olive groves. This groves are located in the Upper Tavoliere of Apulia, (Torremaggiore, San Severo and San Paolo di Civitate, in the province of Foggia). Our land is traditionally dedicated to the production of High Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Peranzana Extra Virgin Olive Oil was already appreciated back in the 1700s
The Peranzana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an high quality oil with a very long history, and it dates back to 1700. It was selected by the Bourbon Prince De Sangro from France (precisely from Provence, from which it takes its name) and it was brought into his feud located in the Alto Tavoliere of Apulia. This area includes 3 countries in the province of Foggia: San Paolo di Civitate, Torremaggiore and San Severo.
The olives harvest
The olive harvest takes place every year during the month of November.
During the annual harvest of the olives we respect the plant and the fruit. Use to be collecting tools with a comb system in order to minimize the trauma suffered by the plant and the fruits.
With this non-invasive harvest system we are able to keep the olives healthy. This is one of the secrets that make our Extra Virgin Olive Oil so tasty.
